We can get your property live in less than a week. The timeline depends on how quickly you share the essential details with us — but if you're ready to move forward, we’ll have everything set up in no time.

Airbnb retains 15% (plus VAT/GST) of your total earnings. Our management fee (plus VAT/GST) is applied to your gross platform revenue, which includes both booked nights and the cleaning fee.

During onboarding, our team will provide you with a comprehensive property essentials checklist. This includes an initial supply of cleaning products and guest amenities such as toilet paper, bin liners, and toiletries. Our cleaning team will restock these items as needed, and replenishments will be billed to you at cost.

The guest pays the cleaning fee at the time of booking, which covers both cleaning and laundry services. This fee is passed directly to our cleaning and laundry partners.

No, This is a partnership between Bleisure and building owners to make it easier for renters to find apartments that let them host part-time. Bleisure does not own or however, can lease & operate these buildings.

We share check-in instructions with guests through the booking platform, email, and SMS ahead of their arrival. In the rare case they encounter any issues accessing the property, our 24/7 guest support team is on hand to guide them through the process.
